Managing the end-to-end processing of participant transaction requests, the fully remote Transaction Coordinator II will ensure accurate, timely service related to distributions, loans, and compliance with relevant regulations while performing peer-level quality reviews. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for internal team members, clients, financial advisors, and recordkeepers regarding participant transaction requests Process and review various participant transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy Perform peer reviews for all transaction types and maintain organized records consistent with firm practices Required Qualifications Strong understanding of retirement plan distribution, withdrawal, and loan processes Familiarity with ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) 2+ years of experience in retirement plan administration or a similar financial services role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills
