Sparks Group in partnership with a large healthcare facility is seeking a Financial Analyst. As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for various financial and operational analysis, budgeting and long-term planning. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree along with 5 years of financial analysis experience working in an acute care industry, strong Power BI and Power Query experience. Responsibilities :

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, including pro formas, long-term planning, capital evaluations, ROI, and service line analytics.
• Support annual budget preparation, monthly reconciliations, and entity-level month-end financial reviews across volume, revenue, and expenses.
• Provide operational financial support across AP, payroll, accounting, and general staff inquiries with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Serve as a key financial liaison while handling related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Background Profile :

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Healthcare Administration (10-15 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of financial management, financial analysis, accounting, or decision-support experience within an acute-care hospital/facility environment.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query and strong Power BI experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and hospital financial/accounting principles.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $42.00 to $47.00
