Financial Analyst

About the Job:

1. Duration: 7 months contract, might be extended to five years
2. Pay rate: Hourly, depending on experience

Qualifications:

(a) Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. (b) Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in the Federal acquisition process. (c) Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work with individuals at all organizational and management levels.
• Demonstrated capability to review and provide substantive analysis of price proposals related to acquisitions.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze significant amounts of data, records and files, report findings of such analysis and make recommendations

Responsibilities:

• The Financial Analyst will provide financial oversight and audit analysis for high dollar, complex contracts.
• The analyst will be responsible for tasks such as reviewing invoices, tracking accruals and variances, monitoring contract burn rates, and providing analysis for requested reports
